The Federal Duck was a student rock band at Haverford College in which Dave Barry played in the 1960s. Formed by banjo exponent George Stavis, they produced one lone self-titled LP in 1968. Stavis departed soon after this album’s release to form the Californian communal rock band Oganookie and then to record an eponymous album for Vanguard.
